Editing DNS Records of a Single Domain

To manage DNS records of a specific domain:

  1. Navigate to the DNS list of the desired domain.

  2. You will see a list of DNS records.

  3. To perform Mass Delete or Mass Edit:

    • Select two or more DNS records using the checkboxes.

    • When multiple records are selected, two buttons will appear:

      • Mass Delete

      • Mass Edit

  4. Important rule for Mass Edit:

    • Multi-edit supports only A, AAAA, and CNAME record types.

    • You can only edit multiple records if they are the same type.

      • Example: You can select multiple A records.

      • ❌ If you select both A and AAAA, the edit will not proceed — the record types must match.

  5. To Add a new DNS record:

    • Click the Add DNS button on the left side.

    • A modal form will appear with these fields:

Field
Description

Type

Select the DNS record type (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, NS, SPF).

Name

Record name (e.g. subdomain).

Content

Value of the record (IP, domain, text, etc.).

TTL

Time to Live (TTL) in seconds.

Proxy

On/Off — whether to use Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud).

  1. Fill out the form and click Save to add the new DNS record.
